Annual Election – VOTE NOW!

Jun 9, 2025 | Annual Meeting

The Board of Directors, management, and staff of Farm Credit Services of Mandan encourage all stockholders to participate in our 2025 Annual Meeting Elections. Our transition to electronic/mail-in balloting continues to lead to an increase in the number of stockholder votes cast. The official business meeting took place on May 27, 2025. The Annual Meeting Information Statement outlines the director and nominating committee elections, along with voting information, and candidate biographical information was mailed to each stockholder in May.

All voting for directors and nominating committee members shall be by mail or electronic ballot. Ballots along with voting instructions will be mailed to all voting stockholders in early June. Biographical information on all candidates will be mailed with the ballot. The election polls will close on July 3, 2025.

After the close of polls, an independent third party will tabulate the ballots. The results of the election will be mailed to stockholders 15 days after the close of ballots.

The 2024 Annual Report was mailed to all stockholders and customers in March 2025. Farm Credit Services of Mandan has achieved excellent financial results for the benefit of all stockholders. We fully recognize this financial strength is due to the continuing support from stockholders, customers, and our employees.
