Stockholders of Farm Credit Services of Mandan, ACA

The Board of Directors, management, and staff of Farm Credit Services of Mandan invite you to our 2021 Annual Meeting. Other than the COVID-19 delay, our initial year of electronic/mail-in balloting went very well last year and we were very pleased with the increase in votes cast. Again, this year, there will only be one meeting, which will take place on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, at the Ramada by Wyndham Bismarck at 1400 E Interchange Ave. in Bismarck at 7:00 p.m. central time.

The business meeting will include the following agenda:
• Chairperson Call to Order
• Board and Management Discussion
• Nominating Committee Presentation of Candidates
• Opportunity for Nominations from the Floor
• Old Business and New Business
• Adjournment

This year’s elections will be held during the month of June by means of mail and electronic balloting, so no voting will take place at the Annual Meeting on May 25th.The Annual Meeting Information Statement outlining the director and nominating committee elections, along with voting information and candidate biographical information was mailed out in mid-May to all stockholders. Ballots along with voting instructions will be mailed to all voting stockholders within 15 days following the annual meeting. Biographical information on all candidates will be mailed with the ballot. The election polls will be closed on July 6th  After the close of polls, an independent third party will tabulate the ballots.
