Stockholders of Farm Credit Services of Mandan, ACA have re-elected Cary Moch, Braddock (incumbent), and Clair Hauge, Carson (incumbent), to the Board of Directors at the conclusion of the balloting this summer. Both directors will serve four-year terms.
Lenard Vetter, Linton; Pamela Hoff, Flasher; Derrick Dukart, Manning and Jeremy Huether, Mott, were elected to the nominating committee. Leonard Gerhardt, Flasher, Richard Bohl, Flasher, Lenci Sickler, Gladstone, and Tyler Kostelecky, Hettinger have been elected to the nominating committee for a successive one-year term.
The board held its reorganizational meeting on July 25, 2023, with the following leadership positions being selected: Dawn Martin was elected to serve as the Board Chairperson and Chairperson of the Compensation Committee with Allen Roshau elected to serve as the Board Vice Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of the Compensation Committee. Sheldon Wolf was re-elected to serve as Chairperson of the Audit Committee, and continues to serve as the board’s financial expert, with Clair Hauge serving as Vice Chairperson of the Audit Committee. Carson Kouba will serve as the Association’s AgriBank District Farm Credit Council Representative.
