Farm Credit Services of Mandan has decided not to increase variable rates with the most recent Federal Reserve action to raise rates by 0.25%. The is the second time in the past 12 months your association has NOT raised variable rates when the Federal Reserve increased rates.

We continue to have NO appraisal or origination fees on our loans and have given out over $56 million in cash patronage for the past 24 years to our borrowers.
