Farm Credit Services of Mandan is announcing an update to our online banking (OLB) service, called My FCSM Access, beginning Oct.13, 2020.
1. Current users do not need to re-enroll. The customer account, bank accounts, and transfers that are currently in OLB will all be converted over to the new OLB (Architect). After the conversion, you will be prompted to reset your security questions. When you click the OLB button, you will go directly to Architect.
2. If you have the mobile app on your phone, you will need to delete existing app and go out to the store and download the new mobile app.
3. New features include: Face/Touch ID, Add Bank Accounts, Fast Balances, and Text Banking.
The FCSM My Access customer portal allows for a multitude of on-line banking services in a convenient, safe and secure environment.
Visit our website and click on the online banking login in the upper right hand corner to log in. Staff in each branch are trained to help you through this process or call (800) 660-6487.
