Risk Management Services to Protect Your Investment and Profit
Multi-Peril Crop Insurance (MPCI) policies are a risk management tool available to agricultural producers. Producers should consider how a policy will work in conjunction with their other risk management strategies to insure the best possible outcome each crop year. Farm Credit Services of Mandan has 14 Insurance Representatives with over 200 combined years of experience willing to assist you in developing a management plan that works for your operation.

Crop-Hail is a non-subsidized crop insurance program. It gives supplemental, acre-by-acre protection to reflect the actual cash value of the crop, covering the gaps that an MPCI policy does not cover. Producers can choose the crop, acreage, and guarantee level that works best for their operation.

Forage and Rainfall Insurance protect different types of forage and/or pasture. Depending on the type of insurance, you may protect for production losses or for lack of rainfall.

Livestock Risk Protection (LRP) is designed to insure against declining market prices. Livestock Policies (excluding lambs) are based on the pricing of certain futures contracts for the applicable livestock and/or the cost of feed. Prices and coverage availability are announced by RMA daily, Monday-Friday (excluding Federal holidays).
